sA streamline solution was needed to make the most of Korda Tackle's Warehouse. With help from System  Store Solutions a plan was devised to give them the efficiency they needed to accomodate their ongoing business growth.

Double Deep Racking: By converting from Narrow Aisle Racking to Double Deep Racking, we doubled the storage depth, allowing Korda to store bulkier items more efficiently. This design maximises the use of warehouse space and enhances the overall storage density.

Two-Tier Pick Floor Mezzanine: The addition of a two-tier mezzanine maximised vertical storage, utilising previously unused space. Each level is equipped with shelving and workbench stations, streamlining the picking process. To further enhance efficiency, a spiral conveyor was integrated, allowing for quick and easy transfer of items between levels, reducing manual handling and speeding up order fulfilment. This setup optimises the workflow, significantly improving overall operational productivity.
