CliniMed, a leading supplier in the healthcare sector, approached System Store Solutions to overhaul their warehouse and office facilities at Cavell House. The project focused on creating a more efficient, modern workspace to support the company’s ongoing growth and operational needs.
Due to continued growth of the company, CliniMed required significant improvements to both their warehouse storage and office areas in order to facilitate their new rate of operation. The existing layout was not optimised for their increasing storage demands, and the office spaces needed refurbishment to create a more functional and professional environment.
This meant reconfiguring shelving systems, improving floor and wall finishes, and upgrading power and data infrastructures to ensure seamless operations. The transformation of CliniMed’s warehouse and office spaces delivered a modern, efficient environment that supports their expanding operations. The newly installed storage systems, upgraded office spaces, and improved infrastructure have significantly increased the functionality and capacity of their facility, providing a robust foundation for future growth.

Seeking Out The Experts
Warehouse Reconfiguration: We restructured the warehouse storage by installing over 150 bays of M3 shelving, allowing for better organisation and maximising the available space. The pallet racking system provided 288 storage locations for improved operational efficiency.
Office and Warehouse Refurbishment: The project involved stripping out an existing office and refurbishing 475 sq. metres of warehouse walls with Dulux Trade Diamond Matt paint. Additionally, 300 sq. metres of worn carpet were replaced with Altro Atlas heavy-duty vinyl flooring, creating a durable and clean workspace.
Electrical & Data Installations: To meet CliniMed’s growing technological needs, we installed new power supplies, data lines, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the facility. This included the installation of Cat 6 cabling and RCBO trip switches for enhanced safety and performance.
